Over the years, my work has come to focus on large commission based installations. I always take into consideration the space that my installations are going to be housed in, to me it is very important that they blend in to their environment, complementing the space. My inspiration is drawn mostly from the natural world, though my work carries references to both architectural and botanical forms.
I was commissioned by the German fashion house ESCADA to creatively collaborate on their new fragrance bottle “Celebrate Now”, designing a composition that was used on the perfume bottle and also in the packaging. As part of the advertising promotional campaign, a small porcelain installation was assembled on a wall of the architectural apartment complex La Muralla Roja, from the architect Ricardo Boffi, located in Calpe, Spain.
