  • To let the Sky know

Madison Square Park, New York, USA

Ana María Hernando's installation in Madison Square Park featuring sumptuous volumes of tulle netting. Referencing ballet tutus and bustles that primp the female body for male eyes and, perhaps, conceal its secrets, the installation also recalls the natural forms of clouds and waterfalls.

  • Sweet Life

Pitcairn Museum for Contemporary Art, Netherlands

PMCA has currently a small and exquisite exhibition Sweet Life by Ian Fisher which was curated by director Wim Bosch. You have to get closer to actually see it. • Dreamers

    Gallery Elle, St. Moritz, Switzerland

Marc Chalmé creates mysterious landscapes, still lifes and figurative pieces. He has mastered his approach to these subjects. Perhaps one of the most impressive and notable aspects of his work is his handling of light, which is, at times, almost eerie. The light often seems to glow organically.

  • Still Life

    Gallery Elle, Zurich, Switzerland

I chose this title because this time I want to show the beauty and diversity of the Still Life. Into this silence that remains an action is introduced. The film and video allow an extension of the dimension of the image. Nevertheless, the question of the meaning of the picture as a reproduction of reality.

  • Summer Breeze

    Gallery Elle, St. Moritz, Switzerland

From the dreamlike cloud paintings by Ian Fisher to cardboard works by Alexander Kaletski, abstract summer landscapes by Antoine Carbonne, which merge with the liquid colors in the glass works by Nicola Staeglich. We like to let you feel a summer breeze of the extra class.

  • Winter Wonderland

    Gallery Elle, St. Moritz, Switzerland

Jani Leinonen is known for his playful works criticizing capitalism and our self centered consumerist society of today. • Whatever, but with you

    Gallery Elle, St. Moritz, Switzerland

Ana María Hernando take over the Château de la Napoule where she installed works such as Flood, spilling out tulle from entryways and emerging from arched window frames. The installations evoke the movement of water and natural landscapes with their billowing layers and organically shaped forms like the waterfall.

  • Liquid Light

    Gallery Elle, Zurich, Switzerland

With Liquid Light I like to set an example for the light, which for me is essential in works of art. The light becomes Nicola Staeglichs magic wand, which brings the colors to life emotionally. It illuminates the room and depending on the incidence of light, the colors appear different behind the glass. Her inspiration comes from Matisse.

  • Celebrations

    Gallery Elle, Zurich, Switzerland

Celebrations is the title of my new Show to escape from this dramatic year to bring flawless Beauty in to our homes. Therefore i selected artists such as Valéria Nascimento, Mathias Kiss, Christina Oiticica among others. All of them in my eyes reconnect us to Nature in a very magical way. The effect of art is extremely calming.

  • Manner

The Canadian artist Ian Fisher has been painting accumulations of condensed water droplets and ice crystals, i.e. clouds, for years. • Radiant Room

    Boucheron, Paris, France

When Boucheron opened their first boutique on Paris Place Vendôme in 1893, it was important that they had a space as filled with light as the jewels they created. Appropriately, it was to this original inspiration that artist Mathias Kiss returned when he created the light-filled installation to celebrate the launch of the jewelry house.

  • Clouds

    Gallery Elle, St. Moritz, Switzerland

Ian Fisher's cloud paintings are dreamy. For this exhibition in Zurich and St. Moritz he has painted very special works inspired by the light in the Engadin. A triptych has been created, each cloud tells its own story but it is in the eye of the beholder to see something different in it, contrary to its title. They are classic blue works.

  • I HAVE A DREAM

    Gallery Elle, St. Moritz, Switzerland

Mathias Kiss shows his fantastic installation in combination with his cloud paintings. Martin Luther King's speech is the figurehead of the American Civil Rights Movement and, like no other, stands for the evils of racial segregation and inequality. The artist interprets his speech with his art and the clouds as a sign.

  • Cloud on Cloud

    Gallery Elle, Zurich, Switzerland

A selection of new clouds paintings by Ian Fisher from the USA, a sculpture by Shirin Abedinirad from Iran and a planetarium by Commonplace Studio from the Netherlands. And another surprises too. The beauty of the sky collides with the beautiful mirror sculptures, reflecting colors and rays of light.

  • Besoin d'air

Museum Palais des Beaux Arts de Lille, France

In Christian Dior's private showroom, the mirror by Mathias Kiss was hung beautifully in combination with flowers falling from the ceiling. In conjunction with the fragrances of Dior in a very classic French architecture, it gave the mirror a special frame. A visit is only possible by prior appointment.

  • Besoin d'Air

    Private Residence, Paris France

Nobody knows how to stage a room better than Mathias Kiss. The wall is a sky that he painted himself. The falcon looks out into the depths, the door is only ajar so that you have the feeling that someone lives there, a woman perhaps who has put her cheerful yellow shoes in the corner. The story is left to the imagination.

  • Sans 90°

    Gallery Elle, Zurich, Switzerland

With this work, Mathias Kiss again approaches a purely minimalist approach which expresses less through opposition than through a dialogue between classical heritage with which he is familiarized and the modernist spirit with which he is familiar. Without using the 90° angle, he creates diamond-like mirrors.

  • Crillon

    Crillon, Paris, France

A unique piece created for the Hôtel de Crillon which was measured and created in such a way that one feels that contemporary pieces belong to this classicist space which can still be visited upon request. This piece breaks the regularity of architecture and allows brutalism to enter into an elegant and intellectual luinterpretation.
