Nicola Staeglich

artistic work combines painting and sculpture in a special way. She develops her sculptural works out of the surface, be it in reliefs, spiraling out of the wall or objects hanging from the ceiling. This phenomenon is also evident in the “Transparencies” series: square Plexiglas wall sculptures, the reverse side of which is painted with oil paint and cast shadows on the wall.
